We provide flexible equipment and efficient processes
PK’s space-saving process equipment also saves you money. Our Solids Processor®, for instance, takes up less space than a fluid bed, and, because it uses less energy and less liquid than fluid bed drying technology, saves on the cost of energy and raw materials. The Solids Processor’s heating and vacuum packages are designed to allow efficient solvent recovery and are controlled by a high technology control unit.
Our MVP Blending System® allows all blending to be done in one room with one drive station that can process varying vessel geometries in a range of sizes.

For some specific applications, PK’s process is clearly superior. For processes that require the addition of lubricant to Teflon® powders (the continuous addition of organic peroxide to polymers), and solid-stating of nylon and PET, Patterson-Kelley has been able to provide an extremely effective solution.
